What modes of payment do you accept?
ans:The payment can be made by a UK cheque or an international bank overdraft to be drawn in a any UK bank.sometimes credit cards/international debit cards also acceptable.
What is your refund policy?
Ans: You will pay in advance a nominal amount to NEXT MOVE HEALTH CARE AND PM (INDIA)PVT LTD for arranging the treatment facilities.
This amount will be refunded only, once you return to India after completing the treatment.
In case you are unable to complete the treatment or discontinued in between the amount will be refunded only after deducting the administration charge.
If your visa application has not been successful, we will give you a refund of any deposits after deducting an admin charges. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
What documents should I bring to the UK?
Ans: keep all relevant information on your medical condition with you, including details of medical history, X-Rays, investigations and current medications.
As names of some medicines may differ in different countries, it would be useful to bring along supporting documentation on the details of your prescription drugs.
If you have been referred to the UK by your local doctor, please ensure that you have his / her contact details with you as well.
Can I bring my medication with me?
Ans: The containers should be clearly labelled with the generic name of the medication. You should also bring along the prescription for the medication to show that you are entitled to use it.
My family is accompanying me for my medical treatment, where can they stay?
Ans: Your family or friends can stay with you in the hotel, however most hospitals do not allow any visitor in the hospital during night hours.
I do not speak English, how can I get help with communication?
Ans: If you should require an interpretation service, please let us know in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
If I need a blood transfusion, how can I be sure that the blood I will be receiving is safe?
Ans: The blood which patients receive here meet stringent safety standards. Every bag of transfusion blood is tested for a wide range of blood born communicable diseases such as AIDs, Hepatitis, Syphilis etc.
